LifePoint Church
The negotiated, $4 million expansion and improvement to an existing church included a new balcony and auditorium, a new stage, and complete A/V upgrade with theatrical equipment for broadcasting. The scope of work also involved the addition of a new main entry to the sanctuary, theater-type seating, and unique features such as acoustical "clouds". Uncovering new conditions during construction was a daily event on this challenging addition and remodel project. However, P&C, the design team, and the church continued to work in a collaborative effort to find and develop solutions. This “can-do” attitude made for timely decisions and an award-winning project.
