One Airport Center Office Building
This uniquely designed four-story, 71,000 sf office building located adjacent to the Portland Airport, features open floor plates, the use of intricately formed concrete panels on exterior, sunshades at south-facing windows, and easy access to major freeways. Its construction required the installation of a driven-pile foundation system. Due to its location and status as a Class A office building, the facility has maintained nearly 100% occupancy since its completion over a decade ago.
