Willamette Marketplace Mixed Use
The 86,000 sf mixed use office and retail center located adjacent to I-205 in West Linn, includes one (1), 56,000 sf, three-story, building with ground floor retail and two floors of office space, and four (4), single-story, “off” buildings totaling 30,000 sf for retail businesses. Project also included demolition of three (3) existing structures, significant site improvements, and minimizing disruptions to adjacent businesses during construction. This project was one of the first in Oregon to offer commercial condominium agreements where tenants purchase their space in lieu of leasing.
