The Governor Hotel
The Governor Hotel, built in 1909, is on the National Register of Historic Places and is a member of Historic Hotels of America. P&C’s historic renovation to the downtown Portland first-class hotel involved seismic upgrades, structural modifications, new finishes in the 100 guestrooms, and construction of a full-service restaurant with banquet facilities. Exterior work included cleaning and tuck-pointing brick, along with adding feature lighting.
