Galleria Building
In the late 1980s and early 1990s, the historic Galleria Building became one of Portland’s most sought-after retail locations. P&C worked closely with Naito Properties to structurally and mechanically upgrade the 80,000 sf building and complete multiple tenant improvements. A new atrium with translucent skylights was created in the center of the cast-in-place concrete structure to bring natural light to the interior.
