Lewis and Clark University -
Templeton Center
This negotiated project for the private college located just south of downtown Portland involved complete renovation of the busy student center's main and secondary kitchens, cafeteria, bakery, and meeting and administrative offices. Features such as a seamless connection of new and old areas, along with use of natural light, were delivered by the design and construction team. Focused efforts were spent during preconstruction by all team members to guarantee budget, schedule and quality objectives were met during construction.
