Jerome Campus Expansion
Components of the Clatsop Community College Jerome Campus Redevelopment Project (JCRP) in Astoria included construction of 1) the new, 43,000 sf three-story Columbia Hall, 2) a new main entry and historic renovation to the existing 47,000 sf Towler Hall and the adjacent Patriot Hall, and 3) a new main courtyard and extensive site improvements throughout the occupied college campus, Built in two separate and distinct phases, the CM/GC expansion project was completed in twenty-one (21) months -- a full three months ahead of the original schedule. P&C's commitment to utilizing local firms, suppliers, and personnel from the community of Astoria contributed to the overall success of our work!
