Since early 2007, P&C has collaborated with Kaiser as a preferred contractor for negotiated projects ranging in size from a few thousand dollar remodel to a new fast-track health care clinic valued at over $3 million. Nearly all projects involve work in occupied health care and hospital facilities where safety and minimizing disruptions are the top priority. Work for this client involves a complete commitment from the P&C team to meet institutional requirements for patient safety, privacy, and infection control.
