Newby Elementary School
The CM/GC project involved the construction of a new, 27,000 sf, single-story, wood framed addition that provided new classrooms, administration space, and a new kitchen/cafeteria to the ever-expanding elementary school. All site development work and construction of the new addition occurred on an occupied school campus while students were present.
