Neah-Kah-Nie Middle School and
High School
P&C’s work on the $13 million, CM/GC school expansion involved construction of a 37,000 sf, two-story new middle school for up to 650 students and complete remodeling of over 80,000 sf of the existing junior and senior high school. The most challenging aspect was working on an occupied K-12 coastal school campus during one of Oregon’s wettest and windiest winters on record. Mission accomplished: The new school opened on time, and the expanded high school cafeteria was opened ahead of schedule.
