Linwood Elementary School
This $6.8 million, CM/GC project included a concrete tilt up gym addition, construction of eight new classrooms, a new media center, an expanded administration and entry area, and a new fire sprinkler system. Relocated areas for buses and student drop off and pickup was a much needed improvement to the site. The phased completion schedule allowed for early occupancy of the new classrooms and administration area.
