Hiteon Elementary School
The CM/GC, $7.4 million GMP project involved two-phases of construction on an occupied school site. Work included extensive remodeling to two classroom pods, new addition for administration, and a new 16,800 sf wood-framed addition to provide eight (8) new classrooms. Project required premium time and precise coordination of sitework to meet Phase 1 summer completion requirement.
