Gresham High School
This $10 million CM/GC project involved the construction of a 51,000 square foot addition containing classrooms, administrative offices, a gymnasium, and a cafeteria. Work also involved more than 30,000 square feet of upgrades and improvements to the existing school. Site features included expanded parking areas and a new all-surface track with associated fields for football and soccer. Nearly 80 percent of the work was completed while school was in session.
