Brown Middle School and Evergreen Middle School
The multi-phased, CM/GC project involved multiple additions and extensive expansions at two separate middle school sites. Scope of work on this “two-campus” project included a total of $3.6 million worth of site improvements (new parking and student drop off areas), new fire sprinkler systems throughout each building, and 29,300 sf of concrete tilt up additions that added a total of 16 new classrooms, expanded cafeterias, and new administration areas. All work at Brown Middle School was completed eight weeks ahead of schedule; Evergreen Middle School finished six weeks early.
