Located on 14 acres in the Sunset Corridor south of Highway 26 in Hillsboro, this flex/office complex consists of four (4), high-bay, single-story concrete tilt up structures with a total area of over 170,000 sf. Built during a time of high vacancy rates, this facility, with its low cost of construction and highly competitive lease rates, was nearly full shortly after completion.
