The original scope of work for this 91,000 sf concrete tilt-up office and manufacturing facility in Hillsboro included only site development and the building core/shell. However, as construction progressed, all interior finishes and fit up of client’s equipment were added to P&C’s negotiated $16 million contract. The fast-track project was completed in just six (6) months from start of construction to owner occupancy.
