Radisys Headquarters Building
The 81,000 sf, concrete tilt up building provides office and manufacturing space to one of Portland’s “Silicon Forest” companies. Features of the construction included fast-track scheduling for all excavation work, an interior steel mezzanine to better utilize the high-bay warehouse for office space, and a composite roof structure system.This project was many of several such developments for the very successful, collaborative team of P&C, ESG/Insignia and Group Mackenzie.
