Oak Grove Fire Station #3
The 18,000 sf, new fire station and training center was constructed of concrete, CMU, brick veneer, and precast concrete. The project was successfully completed under the CM/GC format, a rare practice for a public agency at the time. In fact, P&C became involved--and successfully completed the project--after two other contractors were unable to meet budget requirements during preconstruction.
