Gifford Pinchot Forest Service Headquarters
The CM/GC project for the US Forest Service involved construction of a new 40,000 sf, single story concrete tilt up building that provided offices, a visitor information area, a small maintenance shop, and a loading dock. Scope of P&C's contract also included all earthwork, utilities, and improvements on the heavily wooded site. Although extensive rock was encountered throughout excavation work, the project was completed on time and within the client's budget.
