Phase 2 of the $27 million project began in January 2010. Scope of work includes complete exterior and interior renovation and seismic upgrades to the historic, 47,000 sf, three-story Towler Hall. When completed in September 2010, the facility will provide fourteen (14) community college classrooms, administrative areas, and an expanded campus courtyard.
