The $7.5 million, CM/GC project for the People's Utility District in Clatskanie, Oregon involves construction of approximately 49,000 sf of new office, maintenance, and warehouse space on a highly visible property bordering Highway 30. Existing site conditions required "pre-loading" the site with fill material for over 12 months. With foundation work beginning in summer 2010, the facility will be occupied by the PUD in spring 2011
