Completed in early 2011, this 10,300 sf wood-framed new building in Oregon City includes clinical, meeting, and office space and an unfinished lower level available for future development. The LEED NC Gold facility is utilized as a child abuse assessment center for the non-profit group that serves Clackamas County. P&C was selected for this project based on our proven experience in construction of facilities for non-profit organizations combined with our ability to meet project budget requirements.
