City of Sandy Library
The CM/GC expansion and remodel of the existing 12,000 sf public library in Sandy includes a complete seismic upgrade, new roofing, new exterior facade with natural stone and exposed timbers, significant upgrades to the mechanical and electrical systems, and new interior finishes throughout. P&C was selected for the project based on our proven CMGC experience with library projects and commitment to utilizing local firms for the construction.
